Guaranteed rent refers to a service in which a property management firm commits to paying the landlord a fixed sum of rent every month, regardless of whether the property is occupied.
We take on the role of your tenant and handle the responsibilities of finding and screening tenants, collecting rent, and managing the property. In exchange, the landlord agrees to receive a fixed monthly rent, regardless of whether the property is occupied, while we use it. Our profit is derived from the difference between the amount we pay the landlord and what our clients pay us, after covering our expenses.

Guaranteed rent payments are made directly to the landlord by standing order on the 5th of each month.
Guaranteed rent proposals can be available for different durations, usually ranging from a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years.
Indeed, through a guaranteed rent program, we will provide the landlord with a fixed monthly rent amount, irrespective of whether the property is occupied.
If the damage was inflicted by us or one of our clients, we will address the issue at our cost. However, if the damage results from circumstances beyond our control, like a storm, the responsibility would still lie with the owner; therefore, we advise all landlords to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
Through this program, our organization will act as your tenant, and you will have a company let agreement in place. According to this agreement, if our rent remains unpaid for over 21 days, you have the authority to re-enter the premises and evict us. It’s important to mention that we have never encountered this scenario and have never been evicted once we have taken on the role of tenant for a landlord.
